Project background
The city of Worcester, MA is the 2nd largest city in the Commonwealth, but the closest ice rink to the city with availability was 30-40 miles away. The owners had previously worked with Becker Arena Products on a project in Middleton. They reached out to Becker Arena Products again to provide a solution which would accommodate youth, high school, and college teams as well as the Worcester Railers, the local ECHL team.
The facility also boasts a merchandise center, strength training/physical therapy center and two restaurants.
