Pictured is the North Dale Community Center, one of two outdoor refrigerated rinks built by the Saint Paul Parks & Recreation Department, funded in part by the Herb Brooks Foundation. The reason for this investment was to provide an additional 6 weeks of ice during the season as well as a higher quality of ice. Becker Arena Products, Inc. has built and installed this basic steel frame and wood sided dasher board rink system at this location as well as the Phalen Recreation Center location for the Saint Paul Parks & Recreation Department.
